Marcel Reed shares excitement for rivalry game at Texas, opportunity for 'little bit of revenge'

Last year, Marcel Reed got his first taste of the Lone Star Showdown. The Texas vs. Texas A&M rivalry made its return after the Longhorns joined the SEC, and they left College Station with a 17-7 victory.

This season, the series moves to Austin. During an appearance on SportsCenter Thursday for its “50 States in 50 Days,” Reed shared his excitement for the rematch – and the opportunity for a “little bit of revenge.”

Texas A&M will close out the regular season at DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium Nov. 28 in primetime. Reed said the Aggies are setting a high bar in Year 2 under Mike Elko, and that season finale is certainly circled on the schedule.
